Cooper City

Cooper City is located in the central-western section of Broward County.  The city is tucked away quietly within just a few miles of the Florida Everglades to the west and the big city life of Ft. Lauderdale to the East.  One of the major attractions of living in Cooper City is that it is easily accessible to all major roads and business districts within Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. 

The area is bountiful of lush greenery, full blooming orange groves, wide open parks, and plenty of horseback riding trials.  The city preserves the open land which separates Cooper City from the rest of the communities throughout Florida.  The city continues to manage economic and community development to preserve the unique atmosphere of this family friendly community.

Once you have entered into the Cooper City commerce, you will have the attraction of all diverse groups of consumers.  Due to the location of Cooper City, the daily local traffic can come from the local residents or someone just passing through.  There are plenty of restaurants, night clubs, malls and super malls within a short drive, but don’t be shocked to see someone riding horseback along the same road. 

With the migration of residences moving further west in Broward County, there are businesses developing in all parts of Cooper City.  Anything from warehousing to build-to-suit space is available.  This has all been developed over the past 15 years during the westward development boom.  This westward growth has not affected the traditional rural feel and agricultural business.  It has only improved on the city and its' growth. 

The location of Cooper City makes it a great area to live in if you do not want the hustle and bustle of the BIG city but you want to keep close by “just in case”; while also being able to enjoy the serenity of a city tucked away in the western rural area of Broward County.  Make sure when you relocate to Cooper City, you do not forget your sun tan lotion or your riding chaps!
