Jacksonville

Jacksonville is a major metropolitan city located on the north east corner of Florida.  With a population of over one million people, Jacksonville hosts 68 miles of Atlantic Coastline with 300 miles of rivers and everything in between.

Jacksonville has one of the lowest costs of living over all the other cities in Florida.  There are many different major corporations moving into this rapidly growing industrial market.  The first successful industry in Jacksonville, around the Civil War Era was Lumber.  That industry was quickly replaced by tourism as the wealthy northerners would escape the frigid temperatures to a tropical paradise!  As World War II encompassed our lives, the development of military bases started to change the face of Jacksonville.  Soon after that, we witnessed the development of Insurance and Banking Headquarters to create what we know today as downtown Jacksonville.

Jacksonville is where the Old South meets urban living.  Voted by Money Magazine as one of the “top ten best places to live” and for the second time in four years, tops Expansion Management Magazine’s list of “America’s Hottest Cities”.

From luxury condo high-rises to historic homes to custom built new communities, Jacksonville has it all.  We have multiple top companies moving into this market daily that keep the local economy strong, coupled with an attractive housing market and unparalleled year round weather makes Jacksonville the perfect little paradise to call home!
